How we educate
With us, at your office or online and always teacher-led by our senior experts, either in Swedish or English.
We provide training in most areas of management systems, ISO standards and internal auditing, giving you concrete knowledge and skills that you can use directly in your daily work. All our training courses are teacher-led by senior experts whether you choose an open or in-house training programme either in a traditional or a virtual classroom via Teams. In all courses, you participate in discussions and carry out practical group work with your colleagues or other course participants.

Internal Audit – Basic Course
Our popular basic training for prospective internal auditors, which we in most cases carry out completely remotely via Teams, is divided into 3 sessions with about 3 hours per session with a week's interval between the sessions.
Each of the 3 sessions has a clear content and objective;
- The basics. What is a ISO standard, a management system, how does accreditation and certification work, what is the purpose of audits, what are the different types of audits and what are the intentions of the ISO standards for your business, etc?
- The ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 standards. How are the standards structured, which parts are common. The 7 management principles and the link to the standard requirements. Management principles & maturity model in your organisation, etc.
- Implementation. How to plan, conduct and report an internal audit? Successful rhetoric and interview techniques based on dialogue and trust. Tips on questions and what evidence we want to see. How do we formulate non-conformaties with value? etc.
All course participants receive a course completion certificate and of course we are happy to carry out the training in your offices.
Add an internal audit in your offices
Many of our customers choose to add 1 training day in close connection to the basic course and when they conduct an internal audit in their own organisation with their newly acquired knowledge under the supervision and coaching of our trainer.
In addition to conducting an internal audit, we go through, among other things;
- What different methods are suitable to identify business-critical areas for internal auditing, instead of following a strict 3-year plan?
- We teach you how to identify where in the management system, e.g threats to goal fulfilment are managed and how they should be internally audited.
- How do we create questions and what kind of evidence do we expect to see?
- How will you report the results of the completed internal audit?
All course participants receive a course completion certificate and this training will only take place in your offices.
Internal Audit – Advanced Course
Are you already an internal auditor and want to gain new insights, deeper knowledge, ideas and inspiration? Our continuation course is usually conducted remotely and is divided into 2 sessions, about 3.5 hours each time. We teach you, among other things;
- In-depth knowledge about ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 with a focus on environment and work environment.
- What are the intentions of the standard for your organisation?
- How do I get the internal audit "tool" implemented as an optimal and obvious business development "tool" in my organisation?
- How do you get top management interested and then engaged?
Even after this training, it is effective to add 1 training day to conduct an internal audit in your own organisation with your newly acquired knowledge under the supervision and coaching of our trainer. All course participants receive a course completion certificate and of course we are happy to carry out the training in your offices.
Sustainability criteria and life cycle perspectives – Basic course
Do you have challenges in identifying or setting relevant environmental targets? Or are you in the start-up phase of your sustainability work? Then this training is perfect for you and it is usually carried out remotely and is divided into 2 sessions, about 3.5 hours each time. We teach you, among other things;
- Sustainability is a broad concept and area. Where do we start and what do we prioritise and communicate to our stakeholders?
- How to integrate sustainability naturally into your business operations?
- What "tools" and standards exist to make this easier?
- What is the life cycle perspective and how should you reason?
- How do you identify the best criteria and set the most effective environmental targets from a life cycle perspective? For example, when developing new products and services. Tex när nya produkter och tjänster tas fram.
- How do you create a sustainable business?
All course participants receive a course completion certificate and of course we are happy to carry out the training in your offices.
Verification – Basic training
Do you need to have something verified or validated? Learn the basics and gain insight into possible "tools", reasoning and approaches. It is usually carried out remotely and is divided into 2 sessions, about 3.5 hours each time. We teach you, among other things;
- What is verification and validation? We give you insight into the differences, similarities and challenges.
- We go through the basics of ISO/IEC-17029, the standard for verification.
- What can be verified? Is it just products and performance or also a statement or claim? We give you real examples.
- What distinctions should you make in a verification?
- Accredited or unaccredited? We go through the advantages and disadvantages.
- What competence is required for verification and who can do it?
All course participants receive a course completion certificate and of course we are happy to carry out the training in your offices.
Information and cyber security
We are in the final phase of developing a content-rich course offering on, among other things, the new ISO27001:2022, internal audit of the methods for managing risks, information assets, incident preparedness and continuity planning.
In October 2024, NIS2, the EU's new directive on network and information security, will begin to take effect and we will offer the opportunity for competence reinforcement.
