Start your journey towards internal audits<\/h2>\n

Our popular basic training for aspiring internal auditors provides an in-depth understanding of the role and implementation of internal auditing. The course is delivered either entirely remotely via Teams and is then divided into three sessions of approximately three hours each, with a week's gap between each session, or as a 1-day classroom training at our office in central Stockholm. <\/p>\n

Content and objectives<\/h2>\n

You will learn the basics of internal auditing, including what a standard and a management system are, how accreditation and certification work, and the purpose of audits and the different types of audits. We will also discuss the intentions of the standards for your business. You will get a review of the ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and the common elements in these standards. We will explore the seven management principles and their connection to the standard requirements, as well as how the management principles and maturity model can be applied in your business. When it comes to conducting internal audits, we will go over planning, conducting and reporting an internal audit. You will also learn successful rhetoric and interview techniques with a focus on dialogue and trust, as well as tips on questions and evidence to ask. Finally, we will discuss how to formulate non-conformities with value.<\/p>\n

All course participants receive a course certificate upon completion of the training. <\/p>\n
